Abstract

The public tenders were always present in the national media, sometimes by the importance of acquiring desired service or work to be done, either by allegations of fraud detected. However just a little bit is broadcasted their real purpose and benefits. The objective of this study is to present the interfaces between tender and public governance. The methodology used was bibliographic study and documentation. The main results demonstrated the concept of Public Governance, which brings into the public management to good governance, in other words, the main concern with the proper care of the needs of society with economy efficiency. We present their guiding principles and established a comparison between them, demonstrating a fusion between them.
