Abstract

This paper presents the results of a study focused on identifying how the strategic alignment process happens in an automobile company’s human resources area, how the managers disseminate strategic objectives to their teams and how they use systems control to guide their employees. This study used descriptive research through the data collection methods of observation and documentary research. The research’s results show a clear strategic vision at all levels and objectives and clearly defined measurement systems.
