The analysis of Cordoba tourism actuality highlights the need to transform its model and revitalize the tourist positioning of this World Heritage city. With this rationale, this work raises the "business as usual" scenario and two new, based on the "Green Economy" and the "Three Cultures", through 2031. Also it is provided three SWOT matrices that facilitate the analysis of sustainability and the needs for investment and promotion in each scenario. One of the most interesting results shows the potentiality of connecting the city with the Province territories, extending the tourist area, either with the Green or the Intercultural option. This would allow developing clusters in which segments like meetings and congresses will have a key role.
