LITERARY TOURISM. OLHÃO THROUGH JOAO LUCIO’S PERSPECTIVE

This article is focused on the relation between literature and tourism, assuming that literary tourism can contribute to the reinforcement of the identity and genius loci of a tourist destination. The article constitutes simultaneously a study about the Algarvian poet João Lúcio, and suggests the possibility of developing literary tourism in Olhão, based on this poet?s life and work.
