Abstract

The implementation of competitive strategies through management systems of quality based on client satisfaction, continuous improvement and the organization through processes result insufficient for companies. In the last decade a high number of firms have decided to implement this at the same time as the former, environmental management and labor safety procedures with the objective of improving their business results. The implementation aloud the companies to be supplied with different synergies which will lead to a reduction of cost, optimization of resources, the improvement of their image, simplifying documentation; without forgetting the inconveniences such as the repercussion of organizing including individual, insufficient motivation of the management board, not having the management tools and precise methods to carry out this integration. Lastly, we must add that the change experimented by many companies has led them to a culture based on the principals of total quality which has made necessary to implement compatibility with these integrate management systems
