Keywords:

The author studies the Public Politics Tourism Law (Decree nº 191/2009 of 17 th August 2009), through a systemic and deductive methodology that leans over the Tourism Law in a systematic, structural and functionalist perspective, contributing for a reinforcement of the dogmatic lines of delimitation of object and characteristics of this branch of Law in its dimensions: public, private and collective. Of the analysis of the results, it is concluded for a reciprocal and systemic interference between the public and private dimension, with impoverishment of the collective dimension, what results in a significative damage for the legal systems of tourism and its organizations.
